Ingredients

  • 6 large skinless boneless chicken breasts halves
  • 8-10 fresh sage leaves
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

For the Tomato Sauce:

  • 1 can (28oz.) of crushed tomatoes
  • 12 cut-to-halves cherry tomatoes
  • 3 clove minced garlic
  • 10 fresh basil leaves
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • red crushed chili

Instructions

  • Brush the chicken with olive oil, season with salt and pepper on all sides. Attach 1 or 2 sage leaves to each chicken breast.
  • Fry the chicken breasts 2-3 minutes (depends on the thickneseach side until golden and put aside.
  • Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  • Place the chicken and cover with sauce in a baking pan. Put in a pre-heated oven at 180C / 350F for 10-15 minutes.
