Ingredients

  • 4 hard boiled egg whites
  • 2 hard boiled whole eggs
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 chopped spring onion
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp Rosemary spice
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Boil the eggs.
  • Peel and mash with a fork the 4 egg whites and the 2 whole eggs.
  • Place in a bowl.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients into the bowl and mix.
