Equipment

  • food processor

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 spring cilantro
  • 1 egg
  • black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp ginger spice
  • 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 chopped white onion
  • 5 scallions
  • 1 kg ground turkey breast
  • 1 tsp chili sauce
  • 8 gr fennel seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 celsius)
  • In a food processor, add garlic, onion, scallion, cilantro, and ginger and blend
  • Add to a bowl the ground turkey, the mixure and all the remaining ingredients, salt and pepper.
  • Mix everything and roll into small cutlets (7 servings of 3 cutlets, 21 cutlets in total)
  • Place in a baking pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Flip cutlets and cook for another 15 minutes.
