Tuna Spiced Penne

Ingredients

  • 400 gr whole weat cooked penne
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes (800ml)
  • 10 chopped basil leaves
  • 2 cloves minced or chopped garlic
  • 16 gr pickled lemon
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 440 gr tuna in water
  • 1 spring chopped parsley
  • 3 chopped leeks
  • 100 gr low fat sour cream

Instructions

  • Place the crushed tomatoes, basil, garlic and pickled lemons in a pot.
  • Cook with cover for 20 minutes at low to medium heat.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drain the tuna and mix with leeks, parsley and sour cream.
  • Add tuna mix to tomato mix and cook for another 20 minutes.
  • Add the pasta.
  • Serve warm.
