Turkey in Mustard

The ultimate dish for high-protein. Delicious and moist, it melts in your mouth and leaves a wonderful taste for more. On a beautiful plate, you can even serve it when guests arrive for dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg turkey breast
  • 50 gr dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • cup low sodium soy sauce
  • cup lime juice
  • 5 cloves sliced garlic
  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds

Instructions

  • Place the turkey in a deep baking dish, add all the ingredients except for the mustard, marinate the turkey for an hour or in the fridge overnight.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C)
  • Rub the mustard thoroughly onto the turkey make sure to cover folds as well
  • Cook for 35 minutes (be careful not to dry the turkey)
